WASHING, DRYING, CALIBRATING OF WHOLE WALNUTS
Examples of technical line solutions that are successfully used in production are described and shown in this section. We used our experience and the experience of our partners in building the right technology.
Common technology
Common technologies include the process of walnuts processing, starting with the selection of leaves and branches and ending with the packaging of whole walnuts. In this process, the necessary stages of nut processing are observed and the appropriate equipment for their implementation is included.
Washing
This process is the perfect polishing of walnuts using proven technology. Washing is carried out using washer-polisher, which has several advantages.
Drying
The drying technology on the equipment of our production is able to achieve the effect of a natural result. In this case, the process occurs in a short time with minimal energy consumption.
