Washing
The washing process takes place in a washer-polisher. The main advantages of our equipment are:
- correctly selected nylon thickness for high-quality washing of nuts;
- high-quality materials used in the manufacture of brushes, which is the key to their reliability and durability;
- each brush is composed of 100 mm segments (this solution allows to replace only the damaged segments, rather than a whole brush, and thereby minimize maintenance costs);
- a well-thought-out system for mixing raw materials in the washer;
- maximum sealing;
- the ability to adjust the speed of the shafts when washing and mixing.
